This flooring system is developed for heavy duty movement of up to 500 MT of equipment like transformers which are moved on the floor during various stages of assembly and testing. These heavy equipments are moved on AIR CASTORS using pneumatic pressure for easy movement within the plant. The Air castor requires a smooth defect free and strong floor with a flatness of+/- 2to 3mm over the length of the air castor. The floor level is checked with Laser and built in 6to 7 layers. Pan Tech has developed entire floor system with specialised equipment and team for the application. The same floor can be used for Very narrow aisle flooring ( VNA) .
